They are extremely kind and helpful. They also touched an exotic animal with enough confidence and serenity. I have no reason to complain!

( Az akkori asszisztens leszorította az asztalra úgy hogy a méhe kijött és el kellett altatni) Szeretettel és fájdalommal gondolunk rád Nagyon hiányzol nyuszó!!!! Today is the 4th anniversary of January 20, 2018 (11.50) that Nozi's bunny is gone because of the incompetent treatment. (The assistant at the time pressed her to the table so that her uterus came out and had to be anesthetized) We think of you with love and pain I really miss you bunny !!!!

M	Márta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kiskutyánkat vittük ide oltásra és chippeltetni még 2016-ban. Először jártunk állatorvosnál. Pici babakutyát az asszisztensnő a procedúrák során indokolatlanul nagyon erősen leszorította, a száját is bekötette, mondván "ez múltkor is majdnem megkapott". Akkor voltunk ott először és utoljára. Azóta sem tapasztaltunk más rendelőben ilyen erőszakosságot, komolyan aggódtam, hogy baja lesz a kutyámnak, szemmel láthatóan szenvedett és szerintem a kutyám lelkében ez nyomot hagyott, retteg az orvosi vizsgálatoktól így évekkel később is. Azóta az asszisztencia változhatott, viszont az orvos ugyanaz, ha akkor nem sérelmezett egy ilyen bánásmódot, akkor most sem lehet sokkal jobb a helyzet. További problémáim voltak: látszólag a higiéniára sem fordítottak kellő figyelmet, valamint aránytalanul sokat fizettem. Pozitívum: az oltóanyag és a chip legalább a kutyámba került...

My dog is always treated gently and respectfully despite she is really afraid to go to the vet. They also helped my cat and basically brought him back from the other side of the rainbow. I highly recommend the place, prices are reasonable too ! Many thanks !
