Negatív: katasztrofális és megbízhatatlan rendelésrögzítés és ki (nem-)szállitás, egyoldalú hozzáállás. 1 év bőven elég volt! Positive: Fine water (really delicious!), Dear staff. Negative: catastrophic and unreliable order booking and (non-) delivery, one-sided attitude. 1 year was enough!

Azt tapasztalom, hogy a vízrendelés és a szállítás napjára minden ügyfelet beütemeztek (engem három hetente hívnak), amitől az ügyfélszolgálat nem tér el. Ez még nem gond, de ha a három héten belül én telefonon, vagy e-mailen rendelek, mert elfogyott a vizem, akkor is a beütemezett napra írják ki a szállítást. Pl. 2022. április 26-án rendeltem vizet, amit május 12-én tervezték kiszállítani. Ez viszont gond! Kérem Önöket, hogy a beütemezett vízrendeléstől történő eltéréskor a vízrendelést felvevő egyeztesse le a szállítás napját is. Üdvözlettel, Takács 126792 Dear Clear Water Ltd.! I scored you because of a problem that has occurred several times recently. I find that all customers have been scheduled for the day of the water order and delivery (I am called every three weeks), from which customer service is no different. This is not a problem yet, but if I order by phone or email within three weeks because I have run out of water, the delivery will still be posted on the scheduled day. For example, I ordered water on April 26, 2022, which was scheduled to be delivered on May 12th. That, in turn, is a problem! It's not possible to register a new user on the website to purchase water, and when I call their service line to set up an order, either no one picks up the phone or I'm redirected to a rep that does not pic up; absolutely nonsense. It makes me wonder how a company like this even stays in business.
