G	Gyar tas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LED tv-k javítása garancián túli is. Nem olcsó, de olcsóbb mint ha újat vennél. Repairing LED TVs is beyond warranty. Not cheap, but cheaper than buying a new one.

Pár nap alatt elkészült, a lényegi problémát megcsinálták, azt hogy a HDMI 1es dugalj nem működött mondtam, de azt mondták nem volt felirva a papírra, szóval az én is hibásnak érzem magam, oda kell figyelni hiba leirásakor, és ragaszkodni kell a reszletezeshez. Senkinek semmilyen körülmények között nem ajánlom! The worst service in the country. The deadline they promise is not respected, they can only keep up with the monthly slip. They are not careful about the devices. I do not recommend it to anyone under any circumstances!

Felhivtam a szerviz t ahová átszállátissra került a tv Samsung szerviz de ez már hiba volt a telefont felveszik mindig. ez jó. De a javításrol infót nem tudnak infót adni. Az alkatrész még nem jött meg. Majd 3 nap múlva kiderítettem hogy amikor beszéltünk az alkatrész már 2 napja a szervizben volt. Samsung szerviz katasztrófa a ügyfél szolgállat kedves de semmit nem tud segíteni az információ szerzésben a kérdésre sablon szöveget mond. És és a kérdés hogy mikor lesz kész a készülék. lemez mintha elakadna ismétli az előző szöveget. (a készülék javítássa fojamatban van) hát ez frappáns válasz. Mi más lenne vele ha szervizben van. A telefont kb 1,5 hónap alatt csinálták meg, többször azt az infót kaptam, hogy már odaadták a futárnak, de a futárcég az adatok alapján csak napokkal később kapta meg. Sajnos amikor kézhez kaptam, akkor vettem észre, hogy leejtették és sérülten küldték el a szervizből.Tehát nem a futár hanem még a szervizben ejtette le valaki. Később a biztosító által jóvá lett hagyva a panaszom, és vállalták a keret cserét. Ezt 1 hetes határidővel vállalták,(máshol egyébként egy ilyen javítás megvárható, kb 20 perc) több mint 2 hétbe telt mire elkészült. Arról nem tájékoztattak, hogy a valószínűleg az után gyártott kereten más adatok lesznek feltüntetve. A nagyobb probléma az volt, hogy a GPS nem működött a készülékben a szerelés után. Mivel belőlük már elegem lett, elvittem egy másik szervizbe ahol megállították, hogy szerelés közben több csavart is kifelejtettek illetve a GPS antenna árnyékolását sem rakták vissza, ami a hibát okozta. Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a szervizt, megbízhatatlanok. A panaszkönyvbe természetesen beírtam, de sajnos nem hiszem, hogy ez bármin változtatna.
