I	Ilona Flórián on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borzalmas kiszolgálás, fizetés után közlik, hogy a tejszínhabot nem tudják a fagylaltra tenni, mert lefolyik (ezt én is láttam ahogy végig csorgott a fagylaltomon). Felajánlják, hogy papírpohárba öntik és kanalazzam ki. Nyilván tölcséres fagyi mellé nem kanalazol folyós tejszínt, nem éltem a lehetőséggel és fél sem ajánlják, hogy visszaadják a tejszín árát. Tonik üdítő helyett kaptam túlfagyasztott gyömbérsört. Soha többet nem fogyasztok itt és senkinek nem ajánlom ezt a dunakeszis helyet. Belvárosban valóban kifogástalan a kiszolgálás. Itt nemtörődöm és flegmák, pofákat vágtak az előttem vásárlóra is. Botrány. They offer to pour it into a paper cup and spoon it out. Obviously, you don’t spoon any running cream with a cupped ice cream, I didn’t take the opportunity and half don’t recommend giving back the price of the cream. Instead of a tonic soft drink, I got an over-frozen ginger beer. I will never consume again here and I do not recommend this Dunakeszis place to anyone. The service in downtown is really impeccable. Here I don't care and phlegms and cuts were made to the customer in front of me. Scandal.

A süteményt langyosra felmelegitve! Szólt hogy szét fog esni, nem vállalják a felelősséget. Mire köszöntük, mondtuk, hogy itt szoktunk rá, nem lesz gond! Erre kihozták forrón!! No comment! Ide nem hozzuk többet a pénzünk! MAI service is under criticism. If someone can’t handle people, don’t work in hospitality. I asked for the tonic with lemon and ice. It was none! By warming the cake to lukewarm! He said he would fall apart, not take responsibility. By the time we said hello, we said we were used to it, there would be no problem! They brought it out hot !! No comment! We don't bring any more money here!

Sajnos a kávé ára már nem. 1089 forint egy jeges latte amibe nem kértünk se fagyit, se szirupot, semmit (tehát tej, kv, jégkocka....itt halkan jegyzem meg,h múlt hétvégén egy nagymarosi aprócska kávés stand a kikötőben azonnal mondta,h akkor csak sima lattet szamol). Szóval jeleztük,h laktózmentes tejjel (nem mandula, nem zab vagy kókusz, hanem sima laktozmentes tej....1L 350-450 forint bolti áron). Nyilván van ahol feláras ezt értem, de h kifizetem 3dl (399huf) esetén a teljes liter árát, szóval elgondolkoztam,h ez esetben sikerult egy szimpla kávét vásárolnom 1089 forintért. Ennyire nem volt jó ? Amúgy sajnálom, mert ha korrekt módon kezelték volna, vszinu gyakrabban megyek. Így most egy év bojkott, ami nyilván nem fogja földhöz vágni őket, de talán ezzel a kis leírással segítek másoknak abban, hogy hova érdemes vagy nem érdemes menni.
