Betoltam a gyereket a bevásárló kocsival együtt, majd mivel navigálni is nehéz volt így, és a gyerek is kikéredzkedett, kivettem, és az ölemben odavittem a babacipőkhöz. 1-2 perce nézelődtem, amikor az egyik eladó hölgy udvariasan megkérdezte, enyém-e a kocsi, mire én udvariasan: "Jaj, bocsánat, útban van?" Mire ő: "Nem szoktuk megengedni, hogy behozzák, ha a gyerek benne ül, az más, de így nem." Mire én: "A gyerek benne ült, csak ki akart jönni". Mire ő: "Akkor nem lehet itt a kocsi." Mire én: "Semmi baj, akkor nem fogunk itt vásárolni." Mire ő: megrándította a vállát. Nem tudom, hogy hogy gondolják a kisgyerekes vásárlást, ha anyuka egyedül van. Vagy hagyom a gyereket ordítani a kocsiban, miközben a polchoz oda sem igen férek vele, vagy a bolt előtt hagyom a kocsit, miközben a vállamon a táska, ölemben a gyerek, másik kezemben a kabátok, csak nem tudom, így hogyan tudok cipőt próbálni, esetleg ki-be rohangálok a kocsival, attól függően, épp benne ül-e a gyerek, vagy sem. Nemtom. Következő utunk a CCC-be vezetett, itt már rutinos voltam, megkérdeztem az eladót, hogy behozhatom-e a kocsit. Mire ő mosolyogva: "Természetesen!" Na, egy esetleges vevőszolgálati probléma esetén érzik magukat elemükben! Úgy éreztem magam, mint valami kabaréjelenteben. Mondjuk a "Mikó István, Balázs Péter - Holdkomp" az pont ide illik, - javaslom nézegetni a youtube-n fent van, csak életben annyira nem volt vicces. Mivel maga az üzelt frekventált helyen van, de gondolom a HUMANIC közpottól elég messze, hogy ne ellenőrizzék őket gyakran, azért mindig lesznek újabb és újabb áldozataik.... Vettem két pár cipőt, amiknek a talpa kilyukadt/eltört, rövid idő alatt, normál igényvevétel mellett. 2 éven belül történt a vásárlás. A Duna Plázában lévő Humanic nem akarta kicserélni, mondván: 6 hónapig cserélik, utána független anyag vizsgálóval kell bevizsgáltatni (8.000 Ft / cipő) és ha a szakvélemény alapján nem megfelelő anyagot használtak fel, akkor megtérítik a cipő árát. Ezután elvittem a Dunakeszi Auchan Humanic-ba. 2 perc után elfogadták a panaszt és levásárolhattam a cipők teljes árát. Én voltam a legjobban meglepve. 2. Rengeteg akció van. Jó áron lehet venni jó minőségű cipőket. Best Humanic Shop !! I'm out of Budapest. There are 2 main reasons for this. 1.
