★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem tudom, hogy ki volt "szolgálatban" nov.21-én, de mindenhol így kéne a kiszolgálásnak történnie. Kedves, segítőkész, gyors ügyintézés. Fizetésnél egy 20.000-es bankjeggyel többet adtam tévedésből, amit azonnal jelzett és visszaadott....
Maximálisan pozitív tapasztalat. Most várom a saját csomagom érkezését hozzájuk....
I don't know who was "on duty" on Nov. 21, but that should be the case everywhere. Kind, helpful, quick administration. With a 20,000 banknote I paid more than I made a mistake, which I immediately reported and returned ....

You can't reach them by phone, email or facebook chat, if you don't go in person, you won't be a customer because they pretty much don't serve you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kritikán aluli ahogy kommunikálnak a vásárlókkal mind telefonon (ahol szinte lehetetlen elérni őket, de ha mégis, akkor is minek...) mind személyesen. Arrogáns, flegma viselkedés. Attól hogy a kedves eladó utálja az életét, még nem muszáj másokkal is bunkónak lenni. A 3-5 munkanapos szállítás jó ha belefér a 6-ba... vagy lehet hogy abba se... Nem tudtuk meg, mert végül visszamondtuk a rendelést. Első és utolsó alkalom volt hogy innen rendeltünk valamit.

You don’t even have to be a jerk with others because your dear salesman hates your life. 3-5 business days delivery is good if it fits in 6 ... or maybe not even ...
