★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 4 hónap alatt szétesett cipőt az üzletvezető alig volt hajlandó átvenni; az 5 centis műkörmeivel mondjuk nem csoda, hogy nem tudta. Normális panaszkezelés helyett flegmaság, kioktatás, és a vevő hibáztátasa volt a válasz... megtudtam, hogy nem a cipő ragasztása volt gyenge, hanem a járásom alkalmatlan a Converse cipő viseléséhez. Rémes!
The shop manager was barely willing to take over the shoes that had fallen apart during the 4 months; with the 5-inch nails, it's no wonder you couldn't. Instead of dealing with normal complaints, the answer was phlegm, instruction, and the customer's blame ... I found out that it was not the glueing of the shoe that was weak, but that my gait was unsuitable for wearing Converse shoes. Ghastly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 32000 Ft-os TORNACIPŐT(!!!) két hónap után vissza viszem, mert levált a talpa a ragasztásnál, majd azt mondják, hogy túlságosan meghajlott a lábbeli, ahogy jártam benne(!!!!), úgyhogy a garancia nem érvényes. Majd miután a tulajdonossal beszélek, a válasz kimerül egy “hát így járt”-al. Ócska minőség, szemtelen hozzáállás, senkinek nem ajánlom, aki olyan cipőt szeretne, amit hordani akar.
I will take back the HUF 32,000 SNOW FOOTWEAR (!!!) after two months, because the sole came off during gluing, and then they say that the footwear is too bent, as I went in it (!!!!), so the guarantee is not valid. Then, after talking to the owner, the answer is exhausted with a “well that’s how it went”. Scrambled quality, naughty attitude, I would not recommend it to anyone who wants shoes that they want to wear.
