Mártogatók választéka is kivételes, nekem a padlizsán volt a kedvencem. A special place, special food. "You've pulled this out already!" Finom volt a rántott tőkehal sültkrumplival, és meglepett, hogy a húspótló vegán szejtán csíkok is milyen ízletesek voltak. Very pleasant place. The staff is nice. ? Az a 3db aprócska csirkemell csík egy gyereknek is kevés lenne, nemhogy egy felnőttnek. Hozzáteszem az is szét volt égetve. Baratnőm rántott sajtot evett,ami kb ehetetlen volt és még tartárt se kapott mellé. Amikor szóvá tettük, a hölgy reakciója annyi volt, hogy hát ez ilyen és ennyi. Majd mosolygott egyet és felvette a következő rendelést. I only give 1 star because I don't know less! Expensive, few and bad if I have to describe it briefly. A csirkemell csíkok közül a legelsőt félbevágtam és láthatóan, érezhetően nyers volt, elvágni is alig lehetett. Ezt jeleztem, majd az egyébként kedves kiszolgáló hölgy szólt a hátul dolgozó srácnak, aki a húsokat süti. Ő rendkívül faragatlan, kioktató stílusban kézzel elkezdte széttrancsírozni a húst, hangsúlyozva hogy nem nyers. Miután megmutattam neki hogy hol nyers, azt nem tudta szétnyomkodni (kézzel). Azt mondta azért, mert az ott egy zsíros darab, nem nyers. Csirkemellről beszélünk ami nem a zsíros húsok egyike. A megsütött csirkemellett szálakra kell tudni szétszedni. Emiatt nem tudtam elfogadni a magyarázatot, a stílust pláne nem. Persze kaptam helyette másikat, de sokkal pozitívabb benyomás lett volna annyival elintézni, hogy "bocsi, tényleg nem sütöttem elég ideig". Ahelyett, hogy a saját igazát hajtotta, miközben hülyének nézett. The food is delicious, the service is 1 star. That's why it's 3 stars. g	gergely bognár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19:14kor adtam fel a rendelést, erre 20:00-kor jöna z email, hogy sajnos törölni kellett a rendelést, kárpótlás 500 Ft. Most 8:11, rendelhetek valamit máshonnan és várhatok fél órát jobb esetben, ez az 500 Ft marhára nem fog boldoggá tenni. Látni kellett volna akár már fél 8-kor, hogy ezt a rendelést már nem tudják teljesiteni és nem 8kor a záráskor ideböfögni egy sorry-t, mert ezzel marhára nem vagyok kisegitve és ez egy NULLA hozzáállás. Én nagyon szerettem ezt a helyet, mert jó az étel, de ezekután BIZTOS nem fogom ajánlani senkinek és előbb ülök be bármelyik másik étteremben a Premier-ben. Fel kéne végre fogni, hogy van egy "vevő élmény", ami legalább annyira, ha nem jobban számit, mint maga a termék, amit el akarnak adni. Ahogy Steinberg és Mason ügynök mondaná: "Kár érte, kiváló ügynök volt" *az eredeti üzenetem nem törölném ki, hogy lehessen látni "időrendben" a dolgokat és más is tanuljon belőle. Köszönöm a gyors reakciót, igy a helyére kerültek a dolgok. A csillag át fog vándorolni a Foodpandahoz. :) I placed the order at 19:14, the email will come at 20:00, that unfortunately I had to cancel the order, compensation is HUF 500. Now at 8:11, I can order something from elsewhere and wait half an hour better, this is not HUF 500 for cattle. will make you happy. I should have seen by half past 8 that they could no longer fulfill this order and that at 8 o'clock at the close they wouldn't regret it, because I'm not being helped by that and that's a ZERO attitude. I really liked this place because the food is good, but after that I am SURE I won’t recommend it to anyone and I’ll sit in at any other restaurant in the Premier first. You should finally realize that you have a “buying experience” that is at least as much, if not more, relevant than the product you want to sell. As Agent Steinberg and Mason would say, "Too bad he was an excellent agent." * I wouldn't delete my original message so I could see things "in chronological order" and learn more from it. Better not to comment it, although it was still better then the meat .... I left super sad and super sick ? They probably fried everything together with some fish as the whole thing was smelling like that.... Would NOT recommend to anybody! ?
