★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite what Google's metrics might say, this place is hardly busy in the daytime. Plenty of computers free, easy to get in, print your documents, and be out of there quickly. Staff are friendly in the local context - they won't ingratiate themselves to you, but they're helpful and efficient. Computers are in Hungarian and English, so no stress if your Hungarian isn't up to par.
