N	Nóra Juhász on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az itt és máshol is olvasott sok negatív véleménytől eléggé megijedtem, majdnem az időpontomat is lemondtam, de a Bp. XI. kerületi labor teljesen rendben volt! Flottul és gyorsan ment minden, a nővérke pörgött, jófej is volt, és a vért is ügyesen vette (arról az oldalról is, ahol máskor alig szokták megtalálni a vénámat). Cukorterhelés miatt óránként vett tőlem vért, ezeknek az időpontjaira is odafigyelt. A várórész is egész tágas volt, benne több kényelmes kanapéval, néhány magán vérvételi helyen (pl. Synlab) ehhez képest az a váró, hogy kitesznek egy szűk, levegőtlen folyosóra 3 db kényelmetlen műanyag széket. Az eredmények nagyobbik része már délutánra megérkezett, a többi még folyamatban, de nem hiszem, hogy gond lesz majd velük. Máskor is ide fogok jönni! I was quite scared of the many negative opinions I read here and elsewhere, I almost canceled my date, but Bp. XI. district lab was absolutely fine! Everything went fleeting and fast, the nurse spun, was good-natured, and took blood well (also from the side where my vein was hardly used at other times). He took blood from me every hour because of a sugar load, and he also paid attention to their dates. The waiting area was also quite spacious, with several comfortable sofas in it, and in some private blood collection places (eg Synlab) compared to the waiting room, 3 uncomfortable plastic chairs are displayed in a narrow, airless corridor. Most of the results have already arrived in the afternoon, the rest are still in progress, but I don’t think there will be a problem with them. I'll be here again!
Z	Zita Kaszály on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az óbudai laborban voltunk általános vérképen a kisfiammal. Minden rendben ment, a nő, aki levette a vért, türelmes volt (bár a kisfiam nem sírt). A leletünk aznap meg is lett. Viszont kerekesszékkel mentünk, és a hely NEM AKADÁLYMENTES! Ha nincs ott más, aki segítsen, nehezen jutottunk volna be. Sajnálom, hogy magán helyen ez még gondot okoz, meglepett. My little son and I were in the lab in Óbuda. Everything went well, the woman who took the blood was patient (although my little boy was not crying). Our find was made that day. However, we went in a wheelchair and the place is NOT ACCESSIBLE! If there was no one else to help, we would have had a hard time getting in. I'm sorry it's still a problem in a private place, surprised.

Első alkalommal a leletemet egy hét után sem küldték, így két napon keresztül többször próbáltam őket telefonon elérni, sikertelenül. Végül e-mailt írtam, aztán megkaptam a leletemet. Második alkalommal megkaptam a "leletemet", amin az szerepelt, hogy a "minta nem érkezett be". Telefonon már nem is próbálkoztam, e-mailt írtam, amire két munkanap után sem kaptam választ. Írtam egy újabb levelet, amire válaszul megírták, hogy a minta nem érkezett be, de térítésmentesen pótolhatom a vizsgálatot, ha viszem a számlát és a "leletet". Bocsánatot, elnézést egyik esetben sem kértek. I visited the blood collection point in Esztergom twice. For the first time, my find was not sent after a week, so I tried to reach them several times over the phone for two days, unsuccessfully. I finally wrote an email and then I got my find. For the second time, I received my "find" stating that "no sample was received." I didn't even try on the phone, I wrote an e-mail, to which I did not receive a reply after two working days. I wrote another letter in response to which I wrote that the sample had not been received, but I can replace the test free of charge if I take the invoice and the "find." No apologies were made in either case.
F	Feicht Mana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gödöllői laborban voltunk IGg vizsgálaton. 2-3 napra ígérték az eredményt. Ezen már munkanapok alapján is bőven túl vagyunk, eredményt még nem kaptunk egy hét alatt. 2-szer írtam nekik e-mailt, semmi válasz nem érkezett. Dühítő, hogy kifizettünk egy szolgáltatást, a gyerek hiányzott az iskolából 2 órát, mert csak úgy kaptunk időpontot és hiába. Szükségünk lett volna az eredményre, és hiába adtunk ki pénzt, időt, még csak válaszra sem méltatnak. Mehetünk máshová újra megcsináltatni a vizsgálatot. We were in the laboratory in Gödöllő for an IGg test. The result was promised for 2-3 days. We are well beyond that in terms of working days, we haven't got a result in a week. I emailed them 2 times, no response was received. It was outrageous that we paid for a service, the kid was absent from school for 2 hours because we just got an appointment and in vain. We would have needed the result, and no matter how much money and time we spent, they are not even worth answering. We can go elsewhere to do the test again.

After I got my results I didn’t know what does that mean, so I sent them a reply. When they finally called me the assistant was so rude on the phone and she hang up on me..... I expected more from a private lab! Terrible service and mentality

We booked 3 PCR tests very urgent for quit the quarantine before 10 days, we had yet talk with police and we had all of the permits we needed. At the appointment's time we went there and they told us that because of THEIR FAULT they couldn't do the test cause the secretary forgot to tell us that there was only one session of PCR test per day in a different hour, and she gave us the appointment as well in a wrong hour (2 hours and a half later). Moreover, they didn't even tell us that the appointment's hour was wrong, so we paid a taxi and quit the quarantine with the permission from the police (that needs a lot of calls and paperworks) unusefully.
