A	Attila Pálfi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Messze kerulendo. Augusztusban beszerelésre kerult egy HDD a laptopomba (12500 a hdd caddy (ami amugy 3 ezer)+ 12 a HDD ami reális +13 a munkadíj ami non-szensz). A HDD gyári hibás volt, kértem a cseréjét. Bevittem, bevizsgálták, majd abban egyeztunk meg hogy postán kikuldik az ujat. Ezt két hónap alatt sem sikerult megtenni, rossz címre kuldték, majd megkértem oket, hogy elállnék az amúgy is túlárazott uzlettol. Az emailekre nem válaszoltak, csak amikor a fogyasztóvédelemmel fenyegetoztem. Ekkor megegyeztunk, hogy visszaadják a munkadíjat is, és bár tobb részletben kuldtek némi pénzt vissza, a teljes osszeget a mai napig nem kaptam meg hiánytalanul. A hozzá nem értéshez borzasztó arrogancia is társul. Far to go. Emails were not answered until I was threatened with consumer protection. It was then that we agreed to return the wages as well, and although some money was sent back in several installments, I have not received the full amount in full to this day. Incompetence is accompanied by terrible arrogance.

Ugyanakkor nem része a szolgáltatásnak csavar cseréje: "itt nem hánykolódnak ilyen csavarok". Ettől annyira zavarba jöttem, hogy nem kértem a javítást. Ennek ellenére a 3810 Ft-os átvizsgálási díj - ami tapasztalataim szerint tartalmazza a hibaleírás kétségbevonását - természetesen felszámításra kerül. I left the business with a notebook upgrade. Közel 2 hónap alatt annyi előrelépés történt, hogy 2x rossz ventilátort küldött a beszállító, így végül a gépemet javítás nélkül hoztam el a szervizből. I brought in an HP laptop with a bearing fan problem. In almost 2 months, so much progress has been made that the supplier sent 2x the wrong fan, so I ended up taking my machine out of service without repair.
Z	Zoltán Hajdu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alkatrészt rendeltem náluk, arról volt szó 1 hét allatt megérkezik, ennek 2 hete. 2500 forint postaköltséget kértek, de lusták elballagni a postára, bár nem értem minek, amikor ennyi pénzért bármelyik futárcég elmegy érte. I ordered spare parts from them, it was about arriving in 1 week, 2 weeks of that. They asked for a postage cost of 2,500 forints, but they were lazy to walk to the post office, although I don't understand why any courier company will go for it for that much money.

I had battery replacement for my laptop, it took one week to get the part after payment and half an hour to replace. I’m not familiar with the average price range but for me it seemed high, for a student budget.
