★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is about the caffé/restaurant of the hotel. On Saturday/Sunday we had national team training camp at the sport complex. On Saturday the caffé/restaurant was closed. On Sunday morning the national team coaching staff was sitting outside at the tables. The caffe was again closed. At 830 the propraitor shows up and starts shouting at us in "what the f..k are you thinking sitting here"--style. Not to take our orders, not to say sorry we only open at 9, please come back later. Straight out reprimanding us. The 10 of us would have spent a couple hundred euros there over the weekend I believe. Probably the worst service business experience I ever had. Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked by phone a double room (confirme by email ) with a queen size bed. When we got there, they told us that they do not have such a room, but only with twin beds. After a while they offered us a double room for persons with disability. On receptionist recomandation we left the car outside and not inside the parking of the hotel, although initialy we got an offer with parking place included. Obviously, when we came back from town we found a parking ticket on the window, and the receptionist told us that is ok because the parking fee is higher at the hotel?...Secound day we had to look for a post office to pay...breakfast..just few things to eat, location..not that easy to get to town from there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are really nice. However- this hotel has gotta step up with their food game. The first night, we got chicken that mostly was rock hard. Another day, they got us rice that was somehow both undercooked and burned. The water tastes of swimming pool.
There were a few occasions where the food actually tasted good but I hope that good food would be served all the time
