★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our stay an important and awkward situation arose that required some investigating and decision making on the part of the management. Care and diligence by the apartment’s management and investigator Stefanic Ferenc Alexander was given, together with a complete resolution of the problem. This issue could have been handled many ways, yielding different sentiments. It was handled very, very professionally. I would recommend this apartment/hotel to anyone. Although it is a few minutes removed from the town’s center, public transportation is readily and frequently available. Grocery stores are very nearby. My wife & I stayed for 9 days and very much enjoyed the cleanliness and courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT book this hotel. Not unless:
1) you enjoy being really far from the city centre (even with public transport)
2) you never rely on hotel toiletries to avoid overweight luggage (not even body wash)
3) you enjoy baking in your room when it's 30° outside because there is no air conditioning or fans
4) you don't mind your travel documents/money at risk of being stolen because your safe doesn't work
5) you love it when people are rude to you (i.e. The staff)
Calling itself 'premium' should count as false advertising

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was ok. The room was very nice furnished and equipped with appliances. Yet no air conditioning. Also no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. And you are supposed to shower in the bath tub and be at most 1.40 m tall to fit beneath the showerhead. And one important thing - don't park in front of the hotel - you'll get a ticket. There is no sign, but you are supposed to go along the street and find the parking meter. And yes - the hotel has parking spaces - but you'll have to pay additional fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for two nights with family during a group tour in May 2017. Lovely green and peaceful location. Spacious comfy room with all amenities (except soap!) that includes a fully equipped kitchen (yes, crockery, cutlery and four-burner induction furnace). There are two department stores next to the House, just in case one has forgotten to pack for a holiday or tour. Courteous staff, excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent stay here with my partner. The staff is very friendly... Although their level of English could be better. The rooms was spacious & clean. And the cleaners came daily to keep it tidy :) The breakfast / coffee is also great downstairs. I highly recommend this place. The Margareth Island is close too just like the WestEnd shopping mall/downtown area
