Today I was going to receive transfer of some dollars the man who is working there refused to give me my money and told me that there are no dollars in the Hungary !! and the sender should resend the transfer again in the local currency, then I went to another money gram branch far 4 kilometers they gave me the money in dollar and everything was fine. Also they are so slow and treat foreigners differently, so if you like to avoid troubles in Budapest and choose another branch.
