A bútorok összeszerelése kritikán aluli, több ajtó ferdén állt, a sarokelem összeszerelhetetlen volt, a polcos elemhez a bútor színéltől eltérő hátlapot tettek fel, stb... A honlapon megadott hivatalos címre küldött panaszlevélre pedig csak úgy reagálnak, ha egy példányt a fogyasztóvédelem is kap. Ezt követően még csak egy elnézés kérésre se futotta tőlük.
