★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma réserve a dû être annulée en raison d'une chirurgie cerebral d'urgence (extraction tumoral) ceci 9 jours avant mon voyage. Ma carte à toute fois été débitée de la totalitée alors que j'ai choisis avec anulation, au final j'ai payé plus cher que si j'avais choisis sans annulation ! Après plusieurs échanges avec l'établissement ainsi que booking et envoi de certificats medicaux, je n'ai pas été remboursé car l'annulation aurait du ce faire 15 jours avant ! Aucun sense de l'humain !
 My reservation had to be canceled due to emergency brain surgery (tumor extraction) this 9 days before my trip. My card was charged all the time when I chose with cancellation, in the end I paid more than if I had chosen without cancellation! After several exchanges with the establishment as well as booking and sending of medical certificates, I was not reimbursed because the cancellation should have been done 15 days before! No sense of the human!
