Positive aspects: - Good location - The kitchen was not too bad - Washing machine - There was a huge window in the apartment without a dark curtain so the room was too bright in the morning to sleep comfortably. We asked for a dark curtain and they installed it a few days later (although there was still too much light in the room). Negative: - The place was quite dirty (floors, dust, spider webs, shower, sofa, carpet, walls...) - We went to the reception to ask for a second key as we were 2 guests and they said there's only 1 key. This was very inconvenient. - The apartment is not well maintained, there were a few broken items: - Shower head holder - Main door (it didn't close properly) - Bathroom door - The WiFi was not usable: the signal was very poor, internet was not loading - Very poor isolation: the place was really noisy, you could hear groups of people walking in the building the whole day and night - They should provide at least a couple of smaller lamps for the apartment (one next to the bed, one next to the kitchen...), having only the ceiling lights is really uncomfortable - The cleaning service tried to come into our room 1.5 hours before our check-out time without even knocking EDIT - RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: If you can't find my reservation, please look for reservation code 3ZMMS1M.

First, all the pros: the communication was EXCELLENT. Really quick responses. The apartment was clean and sunny and really nice! The TV was really great, especially with the streaming channels. The big fridge was wonderful. The temperature control was very nice and overall very comfortable. Now for the bad: The wifi was TERRIBLE. I couldn’t load even simple videos, and it would frequently cut out. This was really bad for when I needed to work. Also, as I said to the staff, a lot of things that were advertised we’re simply not in the apartment. For example, free shampoo was advertised in the AirBnB listing, but not provided. And of course, it is completely normal to *not* provide shampoo! Just don’t say that you do but then don’t actually. It’s a small thing, but it’s dishonest nevertheless. Same thing with the crib. I didn’t need a crib, but I worried about guests who come here with a baby and expect a crib because it is advertised, but find that it’s not there. Also, smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit were all safety features that were advertised but were not in the apartment. I had to ask for hangers to be delivered. And a lot of essentials were missing—they’re small basics that are cheap to invest in, but don’t really make sense for a guest to buy for only a few uses. A colander and cutting board I think are basic essentials, for example, that weren’t there. A bottle/wine opener would be nice. Some cleaning supplies are also essentials—like a broom and dustbin, which were also missing. What happens if glass breaks and there is no way to clean it up except with your hands? The knives were also chipped and broken, but they worked fine. TL/DR: it’s a nice apartment, but some crucial advertised essentials are missing.

The location was excellent and the communication was easy, and we had a decent stay, but there are a couple of things that were subpar for the price. - booking process was not very transparent: we only knew what kind of room we'd get after the booking confirmation and checking the code on the website. - room was MUCH smaller than shown in the pictures - room wasn't clean enough - several things in the house were broken, including toilet seat - the blankets are very thin for winter - you can literally hear everything that happens in the house, so I would not recommend it to a light sleeper - door to bathroom is a glass sliding door, so if you have privacy issues, just know it doesn't really close perfectly - we had a longer stay but we only received one towel and tiny shower gel per person Stay was ok enough but it could be better.

Unfortunatly we were also the next victims of this #unseriouscompany! Guys please, just #becareful and do not book apartments from them, because they promote accomodations with '#fakepictures and after they give you completely different apartment like you can see on my pictures! I´m so sad and disapointed that even #Booking didn´t help us and unique thing they did, was offering us ridiculous 100€ "goodie" after we paid around 1100€ for this #fakeapartment, probably because they knew that promoting Accomodations with false picture is against their policy, but of course they still wanted to earn money!! However #Hi5ApartmentsBudapest 3 times refused our cancellation so we decided with my husband to make the best of this sad situation and use this apartment for helping #ukrainianrefugees, we would like to #givethemthechance to demonstrate that they aren´t only profit oriented unscrupulous company...we are excited to see how #human and #readytohelp will they act, especially in this heavy situation we all face now!!! #helpukraine #behuman

Where should I start. The room is extremely small, basicly just the bed and little space around it. Not very clean either. Right outside the window we had construction zone and could basicly hear everything since early morning. The bathroom had mold at the floor and ventilation was extremely dusty. When people walked at the hallway you could hear every word they say. Please if you can, go somewhere else. That one star was for communication with my fiancé.

The worst accomodation I ever had. Check in at 15:00, at 16:00 the conditions of the apartment were like the pictures posted(Unclean and in disorder). The curtain was too small, with the result of a early give up and no privacy. The bed was terrible, too soft, it was impossible to sleep well. Just one towel for person. Avoid.

I got scared of reading all the bad reviews at first but upon arrival the studio we were at (St. King 1 apartments) was cleaned and had towels and shower gels left for us. We had good communication on the phone with the personnel before arrival as the reception at Feherhajo str. was closed due to whatever issue it was. The check in after 3 p.m. was fine with us, as we arrived at 4. I’d say you can expect the quality from the price - for us it was fine. The location is also nice.

I liked the conversation with the owner before checking in. That is all. Then I entered the apartment that I did not book they sent me a message that these apartments I booked are at restoration so I wanted only them. I called the number I was given but the person told: "What do you want ??" After I repeatedly told her my requirements. It was rude I explained that we received an apartment that differs and they said - you can write us but there is nothing we can help you with. Do not pay in advance here!! Other options are unavailable. + plus was the location - There was no other rubbish package - There was no additional paper roll. - The floor was so cold that I had pain in my groin lower stomach !!!! The most awful moment was that the apartment was SO SO COLD !! and very dirty We switched on the air conditioning and went for walk, after 4 hours we backed and somebody switched it off. The room was so COLD AND we woke up at night because of cold so even sleeping under a fur coat did not help. 100 % somebody entered the room to switch off air conditioning. Moreover, window leaf was opened from outside. We tried to close it but the cleaning staff or whoever it was closed it again when we left the apartment.
