★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16.39-kor már sértődötten fogadott minket a bezárt gumistól éppen haza induló kolléga, hiába volt megbeszélt időpontunk gumicserére és gumi vásárlásra. Végezetül közölte, hogy mivel 17.00ig vannak nyitva így jöhetnének legközelebb előbb is (bár az időpontot jóváhagyták). Hozzáállás borzasztó, probléma megoldás nulla.
