★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charismatic and nice owner with a lot of interesting stories. He speaks German very well. Super tasty wines with a great view over the valley. Next time we come again with more time to really try all the wines :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could spend hours if not days on Janos von Beöthy’s wine terrace. Excellent wines (try Rózsakő, Chenin Blanc, Kurucvér or Petit Rhone), great local food (probably the best ‘zsíros kenyér’ I’ve ever tried, cheese and meat plates are also very tasty)...and with a view to kill for, wow. The hosts live there, speak many languages, great conversations. Probably my favourite place at Balaton!
Best is the climb the hill to the Csobánc castle and then on the way down stop here enjoy paradise...
