Hour and a half tour. Interesting, informative and with added chocolate! We paid £21.62 each through viatour and thought that was really good value. It is out on the outskirts so a bit of a trip but certainly worth the effort.

Great family place. This is the authentic chocolate museum, not the one at the city center. Best experience for children and adults.

I expected to get to know kore about the chocolate but apparently this is a beautiful place owned by a chocolate factory and provides some fun activity with chocolate and then a brief liquor tasting in the basement. We have been guided in English and have been offered about 5 chocolate pieces, 1 hot chocolate, 1 fudge cake and one chocolate that we molded ourselves. It costed 20€ which you should pay in cash. There is a shop inside that you can buy some chocolate, tea and liquor there. you can pay with credit card in the shop. it is easily accessible if you use normal bus lines. just load and offline the map on your phone and when you got there look for a beautiful garden and fancy door and fences (photos attached).

A wonderful experience! Not only do you learn about the history of chocolate, you also get to taste a lot of chocolates, make your own little chocolate pie and get treated to a fancy tea time lunch with, of course, chocolate cake!

An interesting small museum focusing primarily on the traditions of Hungarian chocolate industry paying attention to the technologies applied and main players in field i. e. Kugler, Gerbeaud, Stühmer etc. There are on display historic pieces of furniture and packing materials, characteristic boxes. The guides are attentive, professional and informative. They also offer different sorts of chocolate to taste during the tour. The shop has a wide selection of contemporary chocolate to buy. The museum has a large parking lot of its own. A high end Hungarian brandy (pálinka) family developed by the company operating the museum is also on display and for sale in the museum's shop.

Absolutely fantastic. Our guide, Erika, was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. She made it so much fun for us with interactive elements to the tour whilst constantly feeding us different types of chocolate. Would recommend visiting this museum very highly.

We did the princely deluxe 2 hour tour and it was incredible! The regular tour guide was ill so the owner did the tour himself with the help of a fantastic translator. The staff were so friendly, the tour was super interesting and we got to sample so many chocolates, alcohol, hot chocolate, and even finished off with a chocolate cake. We got to make our own chocolate treat to take with us as a parting gift. This place is worth the trek to it from downtown Budapest.

Fantastic place for chocolate fans! It’d better call the museum to ask the group Tour time. A nice uncle will lead you to visit the nice place and introduce the history of chocolate. During the touring, you can taste various types of chocolates, and make a self-design chocolate tart. Don't forget to bring a bottle of water ?, for sure you will need it.
