★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for pho with an excellent price-quality ratio. Vietnamese style, tasty broths and a variety of colourful vegetables. Service is friendly, however - as the name states, it's a Pho bistro - so come here for the Pho as the other dishes are not near the quality of the pho offerings. Normal pho is quite large.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love this place. Haven't eaten here for a long time now (~2 years), but now I was not very impressed. Maybe the chef changed!?
It was a nice Pho, but not as good as I remembered.
Maybe, just bad luck, so I still recommend to check it out if you feel like having a nice Pho.

Fresh herbs and vegetables tender meat are the key words.
Fancy something big and healthy? Stop by for a pho ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servings are of very good proportions. The small-sized bowl is bigger compared to other pho houses I have been too. Soup is tasty as well, meat and noodles perfectly balanced. The Hungarian lady who takes the orders is definitely nice. However, the place needs improvement. As a place for eating, cleanliness must be maintained. Minor issues of broken lights, doors and locks in the toilets should be addressed too.
