★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lobby was nice, service was OK, but they've tried to make me pay twice my stay (at the arrival and departure). They should check their system if doesn't work.
No housekeeping.
I left one day earlier and they didn't mentioned to pay back my early departure. Same with the parking which was individual from the hotel but collaborating.
It says it's 4 star hotel, but feels like 2.
Very loud area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean hotel, staff is friendly. At dinner the allergen info wasn’t comlete; some dishes did not have tags. There were no option for gluten free dessert at all, not even fruit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel, friendly staff. Room is big and the beds/pillows are comfortable; fridge/coffee/tea is available. Danubis also has a good restaurant; breakfast and diner were nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for one night, but the impressions are pleasant. Friendly staff will help if you have any questions. The room is clean, spacious, one minus in the room was no bottled water. Everything else is fine

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More of a 3-star experience, instead of declared 4 stars. Needs a better cleaning - particularly windows and floor. Rooms need some refreshment. Breakfast is fine. In general, a fine experience but a bit pricey for what you get.
