Fantastic hotel in Budapest, rooms with great view, everything is new and clean, well soundproofed and very quiet. Staff very polite and professional. Breakfast above expectations, a variety of foods, better than in 99% of hotels. Metro station near hotel but it is also walkable from city center.

Nice hotel but when we reserved the rooms, the price was with breakfast included ,but when we checked in and paid for the rooms(2 double bad rooms) and all the additional services (15 € parking and 15€ for each pet) they informed us that we have fir the breakfast too. That was CHEEP and not professional as the charge for the parking place.

Positive sides: hotel is very celan with big, spacious rooms, it is cca 4 kilometers away from the city center and the breakfast was really good. The staff is very friendly and helpfull except one girl who worked on reception, who was unfriendly and cheeky when I told she about my problem with heating. Negative side: the heating doesn't work very well and in my room was to cold but the staff gives me another room in which the heating also didn't work. On the end I move to the third room and it was everything fine.

Loved staying at this hotel. Sadly it was only for one night, but everything was amazing, and location is really good, just across train and metro station, so you can get around easily :)

This hotel deserves 5*, we loved it. It was cozy, modern and well organized. The stuff was polite and smiling, elevators fast enough, and the rooms were georges!!! Breakfast was also great ? Near by hotel were beautifull train station from 19 century and new football stadium... we will come back there for sure...

I stayed 5 nights in the Intercity Hotel Budapest, modern hotel with a good bed and polite receptionists. Besides all that I will give the hotel 1 star as the hotel housekeeping is inexistent .There is dust on the table and on the floor, room was not cleaned in 5 days. The housekeeping is either underpaid or not trained properly which is your responsibility Intercity Hotels. Really appalling !!

The hotel is updated and looks like the pictures. Unfortunately housekeeping doesn't do a very good job, and the AC doesn't always work (but they'll open your window so you can't sleep because of the noise, but it will cool down the room). Overall if you have no standards, you'll be fine. If you expect it to be clean and functional, I'd suggest you look elsewhere. I did report all of this my first day, the next day housekeeping left everything dirty, including the used cups, but did somewhat make the bed

Hotel was clean, 3 min walk from metro and train station station, McDonald's, Starbucks, market, exchange office, post office, etc. 3 metro stops from the center of the city. Room included a kettle, small safe, fridge (empty), shampoo, hairdryer, complementary bottle of water, things you'd expect from a 4* hotel. Bathroom didn't have a fan, or ours wasn't working. You can't fully open the room window, only 2-3 cm, meaning it often gets incredibly hot. The room has AC but don't turn that on unless you want to wake up with a headache and sore throat. And if the window is opened, AC won't work. Whenever someone from the room next door was opening/closing door, the wall would vibrate/shake (heavy doors and thin walls), so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper as it will wake you up - because your head on your bed is right next to that wall, so you feel it. Security should work on his politeness, just because I wear sweatpants in the lobby doesn't mean I can't afford this hotel. People at the reception should say "hello" back when greeting them, especially when coming in the hotel. Serious lack of politeness and kindness for this 4* hotel. Sometimes I felt like I was staying in a hostel. Some staff wear masks, some don't. Can't review breakfast as we didn't have it, but it's 15 EUR/person per day.
