Has a good location, normal clean rooms but the services were awful, i will never stay at this hotel again!The staff at the hotel restaurant was mean and arrogant. bruhhh… never again

Hotel is getting a bit tatty, but it has a great location & a decent bar (shuts early).

They have first class services, friendly staff and reasonable hotel room rates. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. When you're in Győr, Hungary give it a try!

Hello, My negative feedback is around the restaurant of the hotel. The full feedback of our bad experience with the restaurant staff has been sent to Mr Robert Reischl, Hotel Manager. The short version is that, we were a group of 10 people, hosted at the hotel on the night of Dec 31st and we wanted to have dinner at the restaurant. At the hotel reception we were told that last order from the restaurant is at 21:15 and closing time is 22:00. 8 people have arrived first at 8:15 PM and took place at a table with 8 seats. We have asked if we can add 2 more seats to stay together with the 2 friends. The restaurant staff have said it is not possible, even though at a table near by we saw more chairs have been added to accommodate more people. When our 2 friends have arrived, at 8:20 PM have asked if they can stay at a different table. Even though there were at least 3 tables empty, they were declined to stay. Firtsly the staff said those tables were booked ( even if no one came before 10 PM), after they have recognized that they wanted to close earlier and they cannot accept more people to stay. Considering it was the night of New Year's Eve and we were guests at the hotel, the fact that 2 of our friends were prohibited to have dinner, just because the staff didn't want to, it is unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope this feedback does not go away and consequences will follow. We will make sure to provide this feedback on all online platforms so no other guests can have the same experience. Excellent location, reasonable rates. Room was very very small, but impeccably clean. Bathroom ditto. The range of channels on the television was incredibly poor. Excellent choice if you only want to sleep in a hotel

Perfect location, clean rooms, nice staff, limited parking possibilities, and available chargers for two electric cars. The bathroom is very poor and old, not been renovated since the 80’. The variety of food at breakfast is very limited and low quality, the staff is mostly students

The hotel is located in the centre of Gyor, the exterior of the building has a very baroque architecture. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. However, the room was a bit old fashioned and could have benefited from a bit of modernisation. There was no iron or ironing board in the room and I had to go to a communal room to iron. The buffet breakfast in the morning was OK, other than that if I visited again I would probably stay at a more modern establishment.

It was not good but not terrible. The breakfast was cool, the patisserie was lame but the drinks and the cooked food was good and tasty. The sauna was great, the staff was helpful. But, I was with my girlfriend, and we got a room sibling with another. There was only one door separating us from the neighbor and it kinda ruined the whole stay. We could hear each others talking, there were no comfort because of that. Oh and we got a "two sized" bed in the description but it was two one sized beds next to each other. Poor neighbors woke up for our 7 am. alarm. Overall, the design and the circumstance is like being in a hotel in the time of the soviet union. It's bearable for one sleeping night but the television is useless unless you speak german.
