Modern építésű, de mindenképpen ajánlom, hogy a görög katolikus hitűek nézzék meg! The interior is very nice, you can go in at any time during the day, which is not by any means. (Kert, a Thotzo folyó közelében) Az 1980-as években a Tócó patak mentén egy 6300 lakásból álló lakótelep épült, ahol kb. 40 ezer ember él. 1991-től a szentmiséket a lakótelep egyik házának földszintjén kialakított Szent Család kápolnában tartották. 1996-98 között épült fel az egyházközségi épületegyüttes. A munkálatokat Fodor András provikárius irányította, a tervező Kőszeghy Attila mérnök, a kivitelező Nagy József építési vállalkozó. Az építkezés költségeit a Debrecen–Nyíregyházi Egyházmegye biztosította, külföldi segélyek felhasználásával. A Szent Család tiszteletére épült templomot 1998. augusztus 15-én szentelték fel. One of the oldest gardens surrounding Debrecen is the Tócóskert in the southwestern part of the city. A record from 1560 mentions Hortus prope fluvium Thotzo. (Garden, near the river Thotzo) In the 1980s, a housing estate of 6,300 flats was built along the Tócó stream, where approx. 40 thousand people live. From 1991, Masses were held in the Holy Family Chapel on the ground floor of one of the houses in the housing estate. The parish building complex was built between 1996-98. The works were supervised by pharmacist András Fodor, the designer was Attila Kőszeghy, the engineer, and the constructor was József Nagy, a construction contractor. The costs of the construction were provided by the Diocese of Debrecen – Nyíregyháza, using foreign aid. The church, built in honor of the Holy Family, was consecrated on August 15, 1998.

After that we go at the playground built in the church yard. The building and garden are beautiful and unique. The people are kind and welcoming.
