Az egyik üzletv.helyettes hölgy nagyonkedves volt, beküldte kivizsgálásra... (mondjuk ez szükségtelen, de legalább segíteni akart?! ) :) Eközben egy másik helyettes mellé ugrott flegma fejjel, hogy ő ezt elutasítaná, minek kivizsgálni, nem rendeltetésszerűen használta. Mondtam hogy sofőr a férjem, alig viseli a cipőt, nem értem a kritikát!!! Majd. Közölte, hogy "nedves". Mondom igen, bocs, nedves ronggyal letöröltem róla kicsit a port koszt, de legközelebb nem teszem.!!!felháborító, hogy ő egy. Helyettes vezető, hogy ilyen flegma, lekezelő!!! Ezt kikérem magamnak, jeleztem is. A cipő jól Volt használva, 2 hónapig, plusz egyszer már ugyanezen hibával cserélték, szóval a reklamációm jogos!!!!!! Mindig itt vásárolunk, de szerintem ilyen kiszolgálással soha többet!!!! Panasszal fogok élni a flegmahölgy ellen. Illetve ha a cipőt nem cserélik, megyek tovább az biztos. Mert egy 15000os cipő ne 1-2honapot bírjon!!! Today I took back a sports shoe I bought 2 months ago, my sole has come off for the second time (previously it was replaced immediately). (let's say it's unnecessary, but at least she wanted to help ?!) :) Meanwhile, he jumped next to another deputy with a phlegmatic head that he would refuse to investigate what he had misused. I said my husband is a driver, he barely wears shoes, I don't understand the criticism !!! Then. He said it was "wet." I say yes, sorry, I wiped off a bit of dust with a damp cloth, but next time I won't do it !!! Deputy leader that such a phlegm, condescending !!! I ask myself for that, I indicated it. The shoe was used well, for 2 months, plus once it was replaced with the same defect, so my complaint is legitimate !!!!!! We always buy here, but I think with this service never again !!!! I will file a complaint against the phlegm lady. Or if the shoes aren’t changed, I’ll go on for sure. Because a 15000 shoe doesn't last 1-2 months !!!

S	Szabolcs Moldván on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talpbetét hibával vittük vissza a cipőt, ami ráadásul 3 alkalommal volt viselve, még az üzletvezető helyettes is mondta, hogy a cipőn látszik hogy nem volt viselve. A talpbetét össze húzódott, ezzel a hibával vittük vissza. A megoldás, hogy adnak bele egy teljesen más talpbetétet, ezen már el csodálkoztunk akkor is, párom próbált is egy pár betétet, de nem volt megfelelő egyik sem, ugyan olyan betétre nem tudják cserélni, mint ami gyárilag benne volt, a cipőt nem akarják cserélni. Elvitték cipészhez, aki próbálta vissza ragasztani a betétet, de nem sikerült, viszont a cipőt sikerült ragasztóval összekenni (fotókon látszik) . Az üzletvezető erre azt mondta, hogy kellene egy előtte fotó, hogy nem ilyen volt. A cipész végül belerakott egy esztétikailag és formára sem beleillő talpbetétet. A cipő belső felén a talpbetét kb. 1,5 cm-rel magasabban volt mint a cipő talp része. Így a cipő kényelmetlen volt, szűk lett. Most megy a cipő független szakértőhöz, de ha nincs megoldás akkor a fogyasztó védelemhez fordulunk. He was taken to a shoemaker who tried to glue the pad back, but failed, but managed to bond the shoe with glue (shown in photos). The store manager said he would need a photo in front of him that it wasn’t like that. The shoemaker finally put on an insole that didn't fit aesthetically and form. On the inside of the shoe, the insole is approx. It was 1.5 cm higher than the sole part of the shoe. So the shoes were uncomfortable, tight. Now go to the shoes of an independent expert, but if there is no solution then we turn to consumer protection.
