Először arra hivatkoztak, hogy "nem elég tiszta a cipő", pedig előtte direkt felhívtam az üzletet a feltételekről, aszerint ki is tisztítottam. Egy másik üzletben újból megpróbáltam a cipő cseréjét másnap, miután újra letakarítottam, itt azt közölték kb. 10 másodpercen belül, hogy a cipő az én hibámból ment tönkre mert rosszul volt bekötve a cipőfűző! Nem teljesen világos mi értelme a vevők ellen dolgozni, de biztos lehet profitot termelni vásárlók nélkül is. Sok sikert hozzá! The store chain refuses to replace / repair the shoe under warranty for false reasons. At first I was told that "the shoes are not clean enough", although before that I called the store directly about the conditions, according to which I cleaned it. In another store I tried to change my shoes again the next day after I cleaned them again, it was reported here approx. Within 10 seconds, that shoe was ruined through my fault because the shoelaces were badly tied! It is not entirely clear what it means to work against customers, but you can be sure to make a profit without customers. Good luck for that!

Azt a választ kaptam, hogy ugyanezzel a hibával nem. Akkor miért van rá 2 év garancia? Ismét lejött a talpa, de nem viszem vissza. Ezután elkerülöm ezt az üzletet. My half-year-old shoes were taken in for repair. When I got my shoes, I asked the stewardess if they would fix her again. I got the answer that I didn’t make the same mistake. Then why is there a 2 year warranty on it? Her soles came down again, but I wouldn't take her back. Then I avoid this business.

The shoes selected were not the right size, so they were offered to be fitted and all the details were told in detail.
