Professional case After a regular sugar checkup, my doctor called me to have very poor kidney function and too high a potassium level. Medication needs to be prescribed because it can even cause cardiac arrest, go to a nephrologist immediately. The nephrologist asked for the laboratory to be repeated and confirmed. Since it was urgent and my GP is just sabin, I thought I was going to a private lab, I am curious about my antibody level after covid vaccination anyway. That's how I got to SpeedMedical. It was not possible to log in online because the date of birth form was discarded in all variations. I checked in to Nagylab by phone: according to the website, it has everything I need. The next day, before taking the blood, I asked if the examination requested by the doctor was all included in the Great Routine (13,500 ft)? It turned out that vitamin D and iron levels are not in it, I asked to add it. I was already at the blood draw when I was asked to go out because they wanted to take a lady ahead. I got dressed, I went out. Then I was in line again. After that, I got tired of the cash register, where this item on the invoice, which was only called "laboratory sampling", was already 20,270 ft instead of 13,500 ft. I thought these were the price of the two extra items. The find arrived in the afternoon: half of the data was labeled "in progress." The next morning I looked at the find again, then only 1 batch was in progress, but instead of several tests, the large laboratory contained about a quarter of it, exactly the most important data were missing: kidney function, potassium levels, blood sugar, liver function, etc. I called the check-in number for an hour, but it was either busy or not answered (11 calls) So I sat in a car and personally went back to complain about what I got instead of the big lab, even though the iron and vitamin D levels were in it. It turned out that it wasn’t the big lab that was done, but some of the tests requested by the doctor! For example, the requested potassium level was no longer taken into account. Thus, it was not a price list, but the individual test prices, the 20 thousand forints for a quarter of that test. I asked that we add the missing tests to the big lab. Lady calculated that I would pay another 15 thousand forints (the total large lab 13,500ft) would only do it! Since I ordered a large lab plus two tests, I consider the fee for this to be legitimate, not to pay the full test again! There is no boss, of course, write a letter of complaint! But I urgently needed the missing data, so I did the most important thing, the potassium level for + 2500 HUF. So now I have a lab for 23,000 that is missing more than half of what I needed and I was two days late with the doctor! I don’t understand why my order was modified to much less data much more expensive? The lady admitted that she may have been wrong, but I got what I paid for if I wanted to pay more again! When will there be a world where if someone makes a mistake, spoils it, repairs the damage and apologizes? Now it is likely that they will ask for another lab because it is incomplete. So the business is professional: the company is wrong and I have to pay twice! Never come here again! Yeah, it's not an expiring campaign, the girls are nice. Only the end result .... Since the "correct" system doesn't allow me to respond to the Owner's response, I write here: it didn't work out that after the annoyance they even fooled me: the Owner said I went to the lab but didn't tell me what I was asking for. The receptionist did not ask, but filled out an order, fulfilling half of the doctor's requests above the full blood count, at a third-higher price! He claims that I signed what I ask for: I upload the customer as a picture - I would even believe that I am stupid, but the customer is printed on an A4 sheet with about 350 tests with their ant letters. It’s like there’s no Great Routine on it, just a mass of medical terms. This, and the lack of questioning, discussion proves that the scam to achieve a more expensive order is not a mistake, but a Great Routine! My opinion is the same, never again, not for free!
