Felhivtam a boltot es elmomdtam a problemamat, mivel utcan nem volt a labamob a cipo igy kicsereltek egy szammal nagyobbra. Koszonom. Le a kalappal! Maskor is visszaterek. Jogos volt a reklamáció és olyan hangnemben beszélt , hogy a kutyámmal nem beszélek így! Majd azt a kijelentést tette ,hogy többet nem szeretne ott látni. És az utánam levő reklamációs 3 gyerekes hölgyel is alpári volt. Szóval jó lenne ha ezt az embert onnan el tennék máshova, különben nemsok lesz a vásárló ott!!! Amíg csak birka módjára vásárolsz és fizetsz addig elmegy, de amint kis segítség kellene, esetleg valami panaszod van semmibe vesznek... Volt arra is példa, hogy cipőt vittem vissza valami probléma miatt, gond nélkül segítettek ennek megoldásában is. Csak ajnánlani tudom!
