Csak egy példát hadd emeljek ki:
Az udvarunkban csőfelújítást végeztek, majd a felszedett térkövek helyét a fotókon látható módon pótolták. Amikor ezt többedjére is szóvátettem, azt felelték, hogy nem tudnak szakembert küldeni a térkövek visszahelyezésére, találjak magam szakembert az általuk elkövetett hiba kijavítására. A kontár módon elvégzett munka javítása jóval többe kerül, mintha megfelelően elvégezték volna a feladatukat, ezáltal nemcsak esztétikailag, hanem anyagilag is megkárosították a társasházat.
A panaszlevelemre közel két hónap után sem reagáltak.
I would not recommend it to anyone.
Let me highlight just one example:
A pipe renovation was carried out in our yard, and then the location of the collected paving stones was replaced as shown in the photos. When I spoke to most of them, they replied that they could not send a specialist to replace the pavers, I found myself a specialist to correct the mistake they had made. Improving work done in a contar way costs much more than if they had done their job properly, thus damaging the condominium not only aesthetically but also financially.
They did not respond to my letter of complaint after nearly two months.
