Sok időt töltök gép elött, amiknek megtudhattam a hátrányait és azt is, hogy hogyan érdemes ezt kezelni és miket tehetek én ellene. Csak ajánlani tudom a srácokat! Köszi az "életmentést"! ;) The appointment was smooth. A pleasant atmosphere was received and I managed to relax completely during the Swedish massage. I could feel it in professional hands. I spend a lot of time in front of a machine, for which I could learn the disadvantages and also how to deal with this and what I can do about it. I can only recommend the guys! Az 1 órás masszázs alatt el tudtam lazulni, nem kellett feszélyezve éreznem magam. Ebben nagy szerepe volt a helyszín harmonikus kialakításának és masszőr közvetlen és barátságos viselkedésének. A kezelés után izom nyújtó gyakorlatokat is mutatott Krisztián, hogy izmaim kötöttsége csökkenjen a hétköznapokban is. Csak ajánlani tudom a Masszázs Stúdiót! Köszönöm! Thanks to the sedentary work, my neck muscles are very stiff. This was improved with the treatment. I was able to relax during the 1 hour massage, I didn’t have to feel tense. The harmonious design of the venue and the direct and friendly behavior of the masseur played a big role in this. After the treatment, Krisztián also showed muscle-stretching exercises to reduce the strength of my muscles in everyday life. I can only recommend the Massage Studio! Thanks!
