A beszerelés közben az egyik optikai meghajtónak eltört a burkolata, és a szereléssel egyidejűleg pch-s lett (kuka a gép) (az utóbbit több minden is okozhatja de érdekes egybeesés), a másikból meg kiesett az ssd mire hazaértem vele (később kiderült hogy a rögzítő fül nem került beszerelésre). A cég az ott egyértelműen okozott kárért teljesen korrektül vállalta a felelősséget (5 csillag) de amikor visszavittem az egyik laptopot hogy kiesik az ssd és megkértem az ott lévő Kristóf nevű technikus kollégát hogy előttem csinálja meg, tápellátás alatt szedte szét a szaámítógépet és távolította el belőle az ssd-t (a márkaszervíz szerint ez szigorúan tilos és szakszerűtlen beavatkozás). A többi technikust nem ismerem, nekem mindkét alkalommal Kristófhoz volt "szerencsém", akik oda viszik a gépüket csak annyit tanácsolnék nekik hogy kérdezzenek rá ki van éppen a szervíz részlegen mielőtt beadnák a gépeiket. I brought 2 laptops to replace an ssd. During the installation, the cover of one of the optical drives broke and at the same time as the installation it became pch (the machine is trashed) (the latter can be caused by several but interesting coincidences), the ssd fell out of the other by the time I got home with it (later it turned out mounting tab not installed). The company took full responsibility for the damage there (5 stars) but when I took back one of the laptops to drop the ssd and asked a technician named Kristóf to do it in front of me, he disassembled and removed the computer from the power supply. ssd (according to the brand service, this is strictly forbidden and unprofessional intervention). I don't know the other technicians, both times I had "luck" with Kristóf, who would take their machine there just to advise them to ask who is in the service department before handing in their machines.
