Nem tudom hogy sikerült, de a DHL Hollandia átadta a csomagom kézbesítését a MPL-nak. Ilyen sz@rt életemben nem láttam. Hamis info a tracking systemben. Állítólag már 2szer megpróbálták kézbesíteni, általam NEM ismert időpontokban. Email nuku, sehogy nem kapcsolódnak az ügyféllel. Nem tudom kinek a hibája és a DHL miért nem saját berkeiben oldja meg a kézbesítést.. de ez minősíthetetlen. They get 1 star on behalf of DHL Netherlands. There is, however, some connection between the two companies. I don't know how, but DHL Netherlands handed over my parcel delivery to MPL. I have never seen such a filter in my life. False info in tracking system. They have allegedly tried it twice before, at times I do not know. Email nuku, no way to connect with the customer. I do not know whose fault and why DHL does not resolve the delivery within its own limits .. but this is unqualified.
B	Bence Szabó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Három vámköteles küldeményem érkezett. Elküldtem minden dokumentumot amit kértek, erre kettő küldeménnyel semmi nem történt. Elküldtem többször, majd levámolták és rosszul. Leírtam a levélben a pontos adatokat, erre rosszul számolták ki a vámalapot. Nem tudom ezen mi olyan nehéz, még a Magyar Postának is sikerül kérdés nélkül megcsinálnia. Ügyfélszolgálat kuka, ahogy előttem is írták: bunkók, nem reagálnak. Mondanom se kell, hogy jó megemelték a díjakat is (Korona járvány), de a szolgáltatás csak rosszabb lett. Csatolnék levelezési képeket is, de le van írva benne párszor, hogy tilos, mert üzleti információkat tartalmaz... Lényeg: nem ajánlom senkinek! I received three consignments subject to customs duties. I sent every document they asked for, nothing happened with two shipments. I sent it several times and then cleared it and misbehaved. I described the exact details in the letter, for which the customs base was incorrectly calculated. I don't know what is so difficult about this, even Magyar Posta manages to do it without question. Customer service trash, as they wrote before me: jerks, unresponsive. Needless to say, it was good to raise fees as well (Crown epidemic), but the service only got worse. I would also attach mail images, but it is described in it a few times that it is forbidden because it contains business information ... Bottom line: I do not recommend to anyone!
