C	Claudia Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me había quedado aquí antes por razones de trabajo solo 2 min caminando. ya me había quejado que era un hotel que no cumplía con los requerimientos mínimos de limpieza pero esta vez se pasaron. Llegué noche al hotel y en cuanto entré sentí un olor no agradable en la habitación. Pero eso no fue todo me acosté a dormir de inmediato comencé a sentir picazón en el cuerpo por el cansancio me dormí al día siguiente seguía con mucha picazón revise la cama y estaba súper sucia tenia marcas de zapatos en la ropa de cama.... ese día solicité que me cambiaran todo e incluso coloque la tarjeta que el mismo hotel deja como señal de que necesitas que cambien todo. Solicite en en recepción que cambiarán limpiarán y sacudieran todo... regrese al hotel a las 10 p.m. el baño piso habían sido limpiados superficialmente peronlas manchas y suciedad seguían ahí... el colmo fue que retire el cubre cama y sorpresa las mismas sabanas sucias estaban en la cama... las mismas marcas de zapatos estaban ahí y la tarjeta que había dejado sobre la cama solicitando que la limpiarán estaba colocada en su lugar..... ellos querían que to creyera que habían limpiado todo pero nooooo no es posible que hagan esooo. Hotel no recomendado sucio I had stayed here before for work reasons only 2 min walking. I had already complained that it was a hotel that did not meet the minimum cleaning requirements but this time it happened. I arrived at the hotel night and the moment I entered I felt an unpleasant smell in the room. But that was not everything I went to sleep immediately I began to feel itchy in my body because of fatigue I fell asleep the next day was still very itchy check the bed and was super dirty had shoe marks on the bedding .... That day I requested that they change everything and even put the card that the same hotel leaves as a sign that you need to change everything. Ask at the front desk that they will change, clean and shake everything ... return to the hotel at 10 p.m. the bathroom floor had been cleaned superficially peronlas spots and dirt were still there ... the last was to remove the bed cover and surprise the same dirty sheets were in bed ... the same brands of shoes were there and the card that had left On the bed requesting that they clean it was placed in its place ..... they wanted to believe that they had cleaned everything but nooooo it is not possible for them to do that. Hotel not recommended dirty
J	John Diller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Optik: modern und sauber Zimmer von der grösse gut modern eingerichtet das Bett etwas härter aber denoch konnte ich sehr gut schlafen Die Dusche mit Regen und normaler Dusche überdurchschnittlich da nachts Duschen Freude Daher zimmer und Hotel optik bekommt 5 Sterne Empfang rezeption: Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und auch die restlichen Tage war der Umgang sehr freundlich Daher personal: bekommt 5 Sterne Frühstück: das Angebot war übersichtlich und auch die Qualität eher schlechte die Kaffeemaschinen sind leider für viele Gäste nicht ausgelegt Frühstück : 2 sterne Hotel optics: modern and clean The size of the room was well modern, the bed was a bit harder but I could sleep very well The shower with rain and normal shower above average as showering at night was a pleasure Therefore room and hotel optics got 5 stars Reception Reception: We were greeted very friendly and the rest of the days the interaction was very friendly Therefore personal: gets 5 stars Breakfast: the offer was clear and the quality was rather poor, the coffee machines are unfortunately not designed for many guests Breakfast: 2 stars
