F	Fredrik Boberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We lived in a apartment on the 3 floor 307, both the beds was broken in the middle of the bed. The cleaning of the floors was not good. The breakfast was good, but there was ants at the juice machine. I had one in my cup. The service was good and friendly. Overall a nice stay but it's more surface to the standard then quality.

And not to mentioned the personal hospitality of Mr. Alain Goetschel, the General Manager at most breakfasts. He would always be around to personally look after the well being of the guests as well as with his pleasant company with stories from all around the world and tips about touring not just the Budapest. Wish the best to him and the entire team!

S	Saleh Al Abbas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is ok. U can find small cafes and shops close by on foot. Tram stop not very far if u like walking. The price is great for the space of the apartment. The bad thing was the bed. The frame is king size but the matrice is 2 small ones put together to fill the bed which means a little gap in the bed which makes it uncomfortable. I was alone so it wasn't a big issue for me but for a couple it won't be nice to sleep. Some of the furniture has stains which gives the impression that it's not clean.. The greatest thing is there is no noise at all which is important for light sleepers.
H	Hassan Naeem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here in the 2nd week of Oct 21. We booked a suite which had enormous living rooms and hall. The view from the suite is quite majestic. The receptionist was very welcoming and giving a brief details of everything. It was quite a great impression that I felt. There is a Corvin Plaza nearby the hotel which have supermarkets, garment stores, banks, etc. In breakfast, there were quite a very few items around 4-5 dishes which I was a bit disappointed as it is 4 stars hotel. During our stay, our important items and passports got stuck in locker due to some issues with the locker. Not even a hotel staff could figure out how to break the locker manually. However, the receptionist were quite quick at solving the issue, and by the night at 10:00 they called somebody from the outside and he drilled the locker, retrieving our items. I would suggest them to add more dishes in breakfast especially for vegans. I will definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again without keeping important items in lockers ?.
