Hotel facilities are ok, nice spa with indoor and outdoor pool and water slide. Indonesian massage was great. But the hotel staff is super rude which made us feel unwelcome! All the staff we interacted with were rude and unhelpful: receptionist, waiter, bar tender, spa receptionist and even cleaners. For this reason I would not return back to this hotel.

Beautifull place. Very good food. Great place with children as well. Small, ther is no crowd. However there are some signs of weak maintenace. Calculated 5 small mistakes in the room. ( lack of remote control for tv, window shader cannot be removed, telephone and safe does not work) but after I reported the problems the crew was very kind and helpful. So overall it was a very good experience.

Thats perfect choice for family with kids. Also for fress couple as well. Its located mostly in the end of the road. I could say its forest zone. So its kind of isolated from everthing. Its so quiet and fresh air. The most beautiful for us. Our room faces to the lake. The rooms are modern wooden style. The restaurant is stylist. Staffs are friendly. Lots of activities such as: pool outdoor and indoor. Sauna, kayak, bwling,...

booked three nights in this "welness" hotel with our family 4 adults and a 2 year old child , we decided to do so as the hotel offers all you need so no need to go out location is ok..breakfast was more then ok yet 8am is late to start in contrary what was mentioned the restaurant was closed...as no staff. in addition when asked for a micro wave to heat some food....no microwave the restaurant being closed we went to one at 500 meter from the hotel yet service took long time so ended up spending 3 hours to eat (delivery????!!!!) we then wanted to use the swimming pool for children but also closed ...and on top of that the masseur was sick but found out that the welness is already some time without massages. the shower in our room did not allow to keep bathroom dry...water was all over . all over all equipment in this place is either outdated...or broken or closed. when we complained about all this and decided to leave the second day..not even a sorry or what can we do...and this for 80 euro a night...Hungary...in the.middle of nowhere have to say that the waiter who is doing everything in this hotel tried his best . so nice place with potential yet zero management probably suffering from corona situation as no staff available.

Heating/airco wasn't working. Lucky I could open a door for real fresh air. Breakfast was very average.

My girlfriend told me I need to be more positive, so I will try my best for this review: - The general theme is getting the money to those who really need it: Everything in hotel is milked to get as much money as possible to the millionaire owners. Services are down -all possible fees are up. - To value the guests privacy and ways of living, room service (it is unclear if it existed) leaves everything exactly where the customer left it. Including the dirt. -The hotel doesn't just offer some sheep and goats, but also gives refuge to spiders. (Picture of spiderwebs attached) - To make up for the instant coffee for breakfast, they even have 3 different flavors tea - The location is amazing, the outside area beautiful, sadly it out for service - To help solve the world water crisis, the hotel decided to fee you additionally for tab water even in the prepaid-dinner -Same goes for plastic, so you are charged for the 1-time-use Toothbrush if you forget yours at home - To make sure you don't overeat/overdrink, all outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the hotel, the room and the private mini-bar. (Picture of hungarian sign attached). - Even though there is nothing but space around. The hotel wants to make sure, that your car is parked safely. Therefore you are billed for parking. -Voluntarily you can support the hotel even further by having to pay for entry to the wellness area on checkout-day -Finally, I would love to write something good about vegetarian options for dinner, but sadly they did not exist

We were a large group of visitors and explicitly requested vegan meals before. There was no proper vegan meals at all, they only pointed us towards some sides like plain rice, as if that was an actual dish. Then they also had the audacity to charge extra for this kind of treatment. If you’re vegan or vegetarian and you would like to eat something at some point I’d recommend you avoid this place.

The accommodation was relatively good. The room was adequate, although it could have been more modern and cleaner. Breakfast was delicious, the dinner was okay. The surroundings of the venue are very nice and spectacular. The opening hours of the services are too short. The wellness opens too late and closes too early, the pubs including billiards, bowling etc. closed at 10pm. Breakfast and dinner were open for a similarly short time. No gym. The staff, on the other hand, was very kind and helpful.
