A tv szolgáltatás esetenként megszakad egyes csatornák esetén percekig, ami egy film nézését teljesen tönkre teszi. The customer service is good, but the service of digi is sometimes very poor which is equal to zero. TV service is sometimes interrupted for minutes on some channels, which completely ruins watching a movie.

Az ügyfélszolgálaton szinte egyből felvették a telefont, és továbbították a hiba bejelentést. Három óra múlva hívott egy úriember, aki 5 perc múlva ki is szállt, és minden további nélkül kicserélte az adaptert. Alig tapasztaltam eddig ilyen gyors reagálást, le a kalappal. 5 There was never any problem with the service. But you have just failed the modem adapter. Azért jártam náluk mert a kártyát megint aktivált adni kellett pedig fizetve volt folyamatosan a szolgáltatás.
