Pontosan érkeztem, és egyből szólítottak is, semmit nem kellett várnom. A problémát gyorsan és hatékonyan oldották meg. I booked an appointment so the administration went completely smoothly. The people who worked there were helpful and polite. I arrived on time and was called right away, I didn’t have to wait for anything. The problem was solved quickly and efficiently.

Mivel sajnos kénytelenek voltunk gyerekekkel menni így üdvözöltük, hogy van gyerek sarok könyvekkel, színezővel és játékokkal. Repült nekik az idő :) I could only go on a date, but I had a reservation. The clerk was polite and handled it quickly. As we were unfortunately forced to go with the kids so we welcomed the fact that there is a kids corner with books, coloring and toys. Time flew for them :)

None of them speaks English, one of my friend went there to pay their fees, I was translating Hungarian through phone for them, they dont even care if there is no problem with understanding, still asking for translater to come! I have been living here for 22 years, we are in XXI.century, time to accept there are foreiners in your country, world is big , how you wanna be accepted if you dont accepet others. Go to IX.district office, they have one of the best customer service from their company.

Even though the employee can’t understand English, but they can try to understand or smile to reject it, because Smile is good international language. The education of employees training is important, think twice please.
