★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A társasház, melynek egy lakásába költöztünk, szerepel a cég referenciái között, honlapukon írják is, hogy vállalják a megvalósult munkáik karbantartását. Ehhez képest a ház tényleges "szellőzése" köszönő viszonyban sincs a tervekkel, független szakvélemény szerint súlyos kivitelezési hiba történhetett. A Dimer Kft-t már több, mint fél éve próbáljuk elérni, de eddig a "Majd visszahívjuk" ígéreten kívül semmit sem kaptunk tőlük.
The condominium, to which we have moved, is one of the company's references, and they also write on their website that they undertake the maintenance of their work. In comparison, the actual "ventilation" of the house is not in relation to the plans, thanks to an independent expert opinion, a serious construction error may have occurred. We have been trying to reach Dimer Kft for more than half a year, but so far we have not received anything from them except for the "We will call you back" promise.

A legjobb árat kaptuk a készülékre és a beszerelésre is.
Pontosan érkeztek. Munka előtt körültekintően elpakoltak, utána kitakarítottak.
De a legfontosabb, ami manapság nagyon rita: tudtak kommunikálni a szerelők is és a munkaszervezők is.
A mai "szakember" helyzetben ezek az előnyök elérhetetlenek.
Pedig mi csak 1 klímát szereltettünk be és nem egy irodát rendeztünk be. Kis ügyfél is kaphat minőségi figyelmet.
Érdemes velük dolgozni.

They arrived on time. They were carefully unpacked before work, then cleaned up.
But the most important thing today is very rita: both mechanics and work organizers were able to communicate.
In today’s “professional” situation, these benefits are unattainable.
Yet we only installed 1 air conditioner and not set up an office. Small customers can also get quality attention.
It is worth working with them.
