A probléma a 2x használt Wahl KM5-ös gépem volt, egyszerűen a motorja nem működött rendesen (nem volt összesen 25 perc üzemidő benne, tanuló voltam). Mindössze annyit kértem, nézze meg a gépet, de teljesen elzárkózott a segítségtől. Folyamatosan - 3x is elhangzott! - rám akarta hárítani, hogy biztos én ejtettem le. A gépnek még külön tokot is vettem, ha netán szállítás közben elesnék a táskával ... Végül visszaküldtem a Wahl Hungária részére (oktatóm tanácsára), és jeleztem feléjük a viszonteladó roppantul nem vásárlóorientált viselkedését. A gép valóban gyári hibás volt, kicserélték. Ez úton is köszönöm a hozzáállást, sikeresen beszéltem le 4 társamat is az Öntől származó gépvásárlásról, s irányítottam őket olyan céghez, ahol a korrekt hozzáállás, és emberség az első, nem a profit.
