Ügyfélszolgálat semmi, használhatatlan vacak termékbe futottam bele, ügyfélszolgákat 3 HÓNAP alatt 20 db normális együttműködő levelemre MÉG CSAK NEM IS REAGÁLT.
Több százezer forint a bukás a tanulópénzem, h többet innen nem rendelek.

Customer service I ran into nothing, useless crappy product, customer service in 20 MONTHS I haven't even responded to 20 of my normal cooperation letters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma délután 17 órakor, zárás előtt 1 órával bementünk a férjemmel maszkban az üzletbe. Köszönés után az eladónak mondtuk, hogy hűtőket néznénk. Ő közölte, hogy rendben, csak ne fogdossuk össze, mert fertőtlenítve vannak. Kérésünkre, hogy segítsen abban, mégis hogy nézzük meg, ha nem nyitjuk ki, közölte, hogy nyissuk nyugodtan ki, csak ne tapogassuk. Ha kinyitjuk a kezünkkel, akkor nem tapogatjuk meg? A saját kézfertőtlenítőmmel az eladó szeme láttára leápoltam a kezem, de kértem őt is, hogy segítsen megnézni, nyissa ki ő és mutassa meg, de vegyen fel maszkot ő is, hiszen zárt térben vagyunk, közel jön hozzánk. (Addig nem is volt rajta maszk). Erre teljesen berágott, megsértődött, sőt sértegetett, mire mi összenéztünk a férjemmel és szó nélkül ott hagytuk faképnél.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 gépet vásároltunk. Kikötöttem, hogy használtat nem kérek, az esztétikai sérülés ok. A mosógép szivattyúja koszos volt, a hűtő még mindig garanciális szervizben (túl fagyaszt). Telefonon meg bunkó stílusban közli, hogy nem mondhatja meg, hogy szar, vagy használt a termék. No komment.
