★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Euronics offers good quality goods for a competitive price. However, sales staff don't seem to care about helping customers. They care more about talking to each other. It used to be different a few years ago. As I see, more trainig is needed. I also tried to order online. They had no idea where the goods were. Moving their inventory to a new warehouse was very poorly managed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the seller if I could listen to the headphones before buying, and if they didn’t fit me to return them, he said yes. He cut the packaging with a knife, I listened to them and they did not suit me. They refused to return the money !! From the seller the packaging was opened incorrectly and after that the chef told me that this was a personal hygiene item, right in the store they deceived me. I spent my money in vain and bought headphones. I do not recommend, they are liars and thieves. Do not believe them, they will not want to return you money in case of a problem
