Tegnap vásároltam az üzletben, amikor fizettem a pénztárnál, a táskám eldőlt és pár termék kiborult. Amikor este hazaértem, észrevettem, hogy a szemspirál hiányzik. Mérges voltam, mert több ezer forintot kidobtam az ablakon. De úgy gondoltam, hogy másnap visszamegyek az üzletbe, próba, szerencse alapon. Az eladónak elmondtam, hogy mi történt, aki közölte, hogy valóban itt maradt tegnap egy szemspirál. A típusát kérte tőlem és a számlát. Akik ide jártak hosszú éveken át azoknak az régi üzletvezető hölgy nagyon hiányzik. Mindig jókedvű udvarias mosolygos volt. Nem fogok ide járni. A kedves, aranyos üzletvezető hölgy nics már ott, ellenben van, a pénztárban, aki lehúzza a mszkot az arcáról úgy tüsszent, és kérdésemre a pontok beváltásáról majdnem közli, hogy olvassam el a szabályzatot., ha tudni akarom. Az érkezett árut egyik napról a másikra nem rakják ki, nem tud az ember 33x oda menni a jelenlegi helyzetben. Szóval kár érte, hogy az üzlet szépségéhez mérten a kiszolgálás színvonala kritikán aluli. Csak az működik, ha tudja az ember mit-hol keressen és vagy megtalálja vagy nem és nem kérdez semmit. Eddig nagyon szerettem, de sajnos a nyitás óta párszor voltam már, mindig valami kellemetlen tapasztalattal lettem gazdagabb!
