F	Feri R N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vásároltam egy parfümöt,kiderült félig sem volt az üveg. Visszautaztam az üzletbe hogy kicseréljék ami meg is történt. Kérdeztem az üzletvezetőt valami kompenzáció? Flegma lenéző válasz ,olyan nincs Mégis csak ők árultak félig üres parfümöt és mégis csak nekem került költségbe hogy visszavigyem....Ők hibáztak mégis nekem került pénzbe. Annyi esze nem volt az üzletvezetőnek hogy dobjon egy ingyenes termékmintát amit amúgy is ingyen osztogatnának és akkor látnám én is hogy próbálkoznak... a vevő is elégedettebb lenne és lehet újra ott vásárolna. Így viszont be nem teszem a lábam még egyszer , illetve szaglászni lehet és majd máshonnan megrendelem. Kiváló üzletpolitika kedves Üzletvezető mama. Csak így tovább I bought a perfume, it turned out halfway there was no bottle. I went back to the store to exchange what had happened. I asked the store manager for some compensation? Phlegm is a contemptuous answer, there is no Yet only they sold half-empty perfume and yet it only cost me to take it back .... They made a mistake yet it cost me money. It didn't make enough sense for the store manager to throw away a free product sample that would be distributed for free anyway and then I would see them trying too ... the buyer would be more satisfied and could buy there again. That way, I don't put my foot in again or you can smell it and then order from elsewhere. Excellent business policy Dear Store Manager Mom. Keep it up
