Kevesen is vannak, talán mert túlterheltek. Én itt valahogy sosem érzem, hogy "fontos vagyok", ha már a régi szlogennél tartunk. It’s not always easy to find the product you want to buy, but what’s even worse is that employees don’t really ask if they can help and as soon as I find them, they answer questions reluctantly or unprepared. There are few, perhaps because they are overwhelmed. I somehow never feel like “I’m important” here when we’re on the old slogan.

A segítőkészség teljes hiánya, lekezelő arrogancia, udvariatlan modor jellemző a kasszában álló 40-es hölgyre. Joy akció keretében vásároltam nem kevés összegért, és annak ellenére hogy odaadtam a kupont a kedves hölgy nem húzta le. Visszamentem, reklamáltam, és az elnézés helyett még neki állt feljebb, meggyanúsított, hogy biztos nem adtam oda a kupont, mondtam, hogy odaadtam, ami meg is lett a kosárban, de ekkor azt mondta jelentőségteljesen, hogy "hagyjuk". Megalázó szituáció volt... Emberek vagyunk hibázni mindenki szokott, nincs ezzel gond, de bocsánatkérés helyett ezt még ki is kéri magának, és a vásárlót nézi hülyének, hát ez nem igy működik a mai világban... Senkinek nem ajánlom a helyet. I really like DM, but I haven’t met such an amateur team that works at Köki yet. The complete lack of helpfulness, condescending arrogance, rude manners are characteristic of the lady in her 40s. I bought it as part of a Joy promotion for a small amount and despite giving away the coupon the lovely lady didn’t pull it off. I went back, complained, and instead of apologizing, he even stood up, suspecting that I hadn't given the coupon for sure, I said I had given away what was in the basket, but then he said meaningfully that "let's go." It was a humiliating situation ... We are people, everyone is used to making mistakes, there is no problem with that, but instead of apologizing, he even asks for it and looks at the customer as stupid, so that's not how it works in today's world ... I don't recommend the place to anyone.

Az egyetlen problémám, amit mostanában több üzletben is tapasztalok, hogy a polcokról egyes termékek (fehérje szelet, tusfürdő, stb.) elfogynak, és nincs pótolva, így megesik hogy egy-egy konkrét termékért többször is vissza kell mennem, mire valóban van és meg tudom venni ?. My dear, I often buy here.
