K	Katalin Lazányi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az üzlet az V. kerületben, tehát a belvárosban van, ennek ellenére az ott dolgozók nem képviselik sem a dm, de semmiképp nem egy elit negyed színvonalát. Az óraátállítás miatt véletlenül zárórára értem oda, de az egyik hölgy engedélyével gyorsan besitettem két konkrét termékért, majd másik két dolgozóval találkoztam, akik ennek ellenére megakadályozták a vásárlást, nyilvánvalóan az emberi jóindulat hiányában, de ami a felháborító volt, hogy az egyik "hölgy" hisztérikus csapkodásban és kiabálásban tört ki, azt sérelmezve,hogy így a munkaideje tovább növekszik, pedig még plusz 2 óra a hazaútja.... Az ügyfélszolgálatnak jeleztem az incidenst, akik elnézést kértek, mégis a dolgozók miatt minősíteni nem tudok egy csillagnál többel és nem ajánlom senkinek ezt a dm üzletet, habár maga az üzletlánc véleményem szerint kiváló és máshol soha nem tapasztaltam hasonlót szerencsére. The store is in the 5th district, so downtown, yet the people working there don’t represent the standard of either the dm, but by no means an elite quarter. Because of the clock change, I accidentally got there for closing hours, but with the permission of one lady, I quickly got into two specific products and then met two other workers who nevertheless prevented shopping, apparently for lack of human benevolence, but what was outrageous was that one "lady" erupted in hysterical hacking and shouting, complaining that his working hours continue to increase, even though he has an extra 2 hours to go home .... I reported the incident to customer service, who apologized, yet I can't rate it more than a star due to the workers and not i would recommend this dm store to anyone, although the store chain itself is excellent in my opinion and i have never experienced anything like it fortunately.

A választékkal, az áruk minőségével, és főleg az ott dolgozó Hölgyek kedvességével, segítőkészségükkel teljes mértékben elégedettek vagyunk. Mindig váltunk pár kedves szót, mint az igazi kereskedelemben. :) Tudom ajánlani a DM saját márkás termékeit, amik tényleg jó ár-érték aránnyal, és minőséggel rendelkeznek. I go on a weekly basis, we go there to shop. We are completely satisfied with the selection, the quality of the goods, and especially the kindness and helpfulness of the Ladies working there. We always exchanged a few kind words like in real trade. :) I can recommend DM’s own branded products that are really good value for money and quality.

Pofákat vágnak, nem köszönnek… javaslom, hogy figyeljenek oda jobban, hogy milyen munkaerőt vesznek fel erre a pozícióra. Eddig csak ebben a dm-ben találkoztam ennyire alkalmatlan munkaerővel. Nagyon csalódott vagyok, biztos nem jövök többet ebbe az üzletbe! Unqualified, handling salespeople work in the business. They make faces, don’t say hello… I suggest they pay more attention to what kind of manpower they are hiring for this position. So far, I have only encountered such an unsuitable workforce in this dm. I am very disappointed, I will definitely not come to this business again!
