Very good place for shopping

The point of an all-around the clock store is to serve booze at odd hours These guys stop selling alcohol after 10 PM! Sorry, this means you are pointless, I can go to a regular supermarket untill 10, it I'd only precisely after 10 I need guys like these. If I'm paying marked up products, at least let me choose what I need. While I was there, five other clients left the store empty handed for the same reason. There are other options around for late night purchasing

Undeliverable place, rude and ignorant staff. The security guard is especially bad. He was sitting on the counter playing with his phone and I asked him to move politely so that I can pack my groceries in the bag. He started to get snippy and I told him to that the counter is not a seat he started to swear at me and threatened to hit me, I told him that I would report him to the police. He followed me out of the store and was swearing, I'll never go to any Manna and don't recommend them at all.

Go to place if you need something quick!

A good place to pick up groceries when tge main supermarkets are already closed for the day.

Most of The employee don't have manner, Only one gentleman gave good service, the rest is very bad attitude, no greetings, they show sour face to customer, Do you think we couldn't afford to buy??? Dear owner, please give some training to your employees about Service standards and good body language to customer

Always extremely angry grumpy hateful face old ladies are working here. They don't even say "köszönöm" or "jo napot" . They are so uncivilised.

TLDR The only reason I don’t give 5 stars to this place is that the cashier employees don’t speak any English with the customers and talk only Hungarian with them, even though it’s obvious that they don’t understand. That should be better, at least some basics. Otherwise the store is good, many products, even some special ones. The prices are higher than elsewhere but that’s the 24/7 extra you have to pay. I see some reviews where people comment that the employees there don’t look or interact nicely. Honestly they don’t have to. It’s a store in one of the busiest places in BP, you go in, get the stuff you need (and probably forgot to buy beforehand) and you leave. If you want some attention or actual service it’s not the place for that. Imagine working those hours those cashiers do and I am sure I won’t smile at 2 o’clock in the morning to the 200th half drunk person either. The second is that after 10pm you can’t buy alcohol. It is a district regulation, so if you need a refill you can either go to a club or buy up before 10pm. If they can’t sell you alcohol it’s because they are not allowed. Thanks for reading.
