★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Édesapám temetése után 11 nappal a temetőben jártunk, és akkor vettük észre, hogy azóta sem falazták vissza az urnakripta téglafalát, és a sírkövet sem tették a helyére, annak ellenére, hogy közvetlenül a temetés utánra ígérték, hogy megcsinálják – ami különben el is várható. Ezt az eljárást felháborítónak és kegyeletsértőnek tartom, főleg azért, mert előre kifizettük a szolgáltatást. A reklamációnk délutánján állítólag pótolták a mulasztásukat, de még nem volt alkalmunk ellenőrizni.
We visited the cemetery 11 days after my father’s funeral, and then we noticed that since then the brick wall of the urn crypt had not been walled back and the tombstone had not been put in place, despite being promised to do it immediately after the funeral - which is to be expected anyway. I find this procedure outrageous and offensive, mainly because we paid for the service in advance. In the afternoon of our complaint, they allegedly made up for their omission, but we haven’t had a chance to check yet.
