A lot was lost in translation therefore my dog did not get the cut I asked for. The price was much more than stated online AND I was not told they do not take credit cards until I came back for pick up.

Great groomers here! They are one of the few places I have been to that got the schnauzer cut right. Very quick, yet thorough. I highly recommend brining your pets here for grooming.

It is clean and you can see the dogs while they are being groomed. I have a Maltese with long hair and Hettie does a great job with her. And she obviously loves dogs and what she does. It is a great experience!

We took our 8-month old puppy to check out the place in person and make an appointment for her first ever trim. The woman at the Pest salon was beyond rude and arrogant. Not the attitude you’d be expecting when picking a place for your fur baby that you would be taking them to for years and years to come. The woman didn’t have a single kind word to our puppy (so much about being dog lovers), but made sure to lecture us about what awful owners we are that she hasn’t been to a groomer yet (she is 8 months old) and how embarrassing (“ez nagyon gáz”) that is. This was literally her first sentence after we entered and she never even looked at our pup. She was rude and unprofessional, so needless to say we left. I see others have left similar comments as well, so clearly this was not a one off incident. If I’m going to leave our fur baby with a stranger, they’d better be sweet to her and nice to us. After all, this is a service I’d be paying for and we are picking a long-term provider. I do not recommend this place.

We had an amazing experience at the salon. I called the central to schedule an appointment. Peter was very helpful und reliable. At the salon the employee was sooooo friendly with my dogs, so I could leave them with no doubt. When we came back the boys looked fantastic. And they loved the friendly employee and were playing with her. Thank you so much!!

Very professional attitude and good care for my dog even though my dog did something bad and i was truly impressed by her nicely done. No doubt that next time is my first choice. English is just so so but very nice person you worth meet.

They take great care of the dogs and do a good job. I’ve been 4 times now. However, I asked on the 4th visit just for a simple cut and nail clipping, no washing. I was charged to my horror, the same 9000ft that I would’ve paid had I actually got her washed! They charge on the breed of dog, not what services they actually provide. So I would’ve been much better off just getting my dog the full service, rather than paying the full amount for half a service. Bit disappointed in the charging, and would look elsewhere honestly. However, if you don’t care about fairness, they do have a good level of care and will keep your dog happy.

We took a 6 month old yorkie, for a first groom. I also showed the picture of what would be the ideal style but what we got in the end is absolutely shocking. Dog looked like it came out of a military camp. Short and same length everywhere. At first i was not even sure that its my dog. It looked 100x better before the “groom”. For yorkies who rely on hair style mostly to look nice, I couldn’t believe that a professional cosmetic saloon could do something like that. Now we’ll have to wait another half a year just to get back the hair he had before…
