Mici nem könnyen kezelhető kutyus de ő vègig beszèlt hozzá, nyugtatgatta . Nagyon profi volt a hozzáállása. Szívből ajánlom. Mi innentől biztos , hogy csak hozzá megyünk. Köszönjük I am maximally relieved. I took my little beauty to Klau. She looks like a very, very kind lady that she understands and loves her profession. Mici is not an easy-to-handle dog, but she spoke to her, reassuring her. His attitude was very professional. I heartily recommend it. From now on, we'll just go to him. Thank You
A	Adrienn Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internetes időpontfoglalás nem működik , de ezt sehol sem jelzik (volt vagy 6szabad időpont aznapra)...reggel foglaltam időpontot délután 4re. Jött visszaigazolás , hogy keresni fognak. Fel4kor indulás előtt hívtam őket , közölték nem is dolgoznak aznap és amúgy 2hét múlva van szabad idopontjuk... Felháborító hozzáállás, senkinek sem ajánlom a helyet.Emiatt nem tudtam kozmetikáztatni a szabad napomon a kutyámat, mivel fél 4kor már nem talál szabad kapacitást az ember sehol.... Internet appointment booking does not work, but it is not indicated anywhere (there was or 6 free dates for that day) ... I booked an appointment for 4 in the afternoon. Confirmation came that they would be looking. I called them before leaving at 4am, they said they didn't even work that day and in any case they have a free time in 2 weeks ... Outrageous attitude, I don't recommend the place to anyone. That's why I couldn't beautify my dog on my day off nowhere ....

Most van délután 1 óra, körülbelül tízszer próbáltam hívni őket, de ezek szerint senki sem hallja. Megértem ha elfoglaltak és nem tudnak azonnal fogadni, de kapcsolatba lépni sem lehet velük. They are not even willing to pick up the phone, I imagine what the service might be like. Yet how do you book an appointment like this? It's 1 o'clock in the afternoon, I've tried to call them about ten times, but no one can hear them. I understand if they are busy and can’t answer right away, but you can’t even contact them.

Sírva fakadtam mikor megláttam ! Kontár, hentes munkát végeztetek ! Minden féle átmenet nélkül, durván, össze -vissza van belevágva mindenhol, semmi formája nincs ! Kb úgy néz ki mintha neki estem volna itthon egy konyhai ollóval. Soha többet, “köszönjük” ! ?? You have sheared my Pomeranian puppy to a German Shepherd dog today. We asked you to cut your ears round instead of cutting a pointed dobberman's ear. The whole dog has nothing to do with the Pomeranian form at the moment! If you can’t accomplish something, you better say it before you kill the whole dog! Professional knowledge -1! I burst into tears when I saw it! You did a butcher job! Without any kind of transition, it's roughly cut together everywhere, it has no shape! It looks like I fell for him at home with a pair of kitchen scissors. Never again, “thank you”! ??
J	Junli Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrote in to make a booking, no response. Just called this particular store to make a booking. Website is in English so I assume at least one staff would speak English. Lady answers the phone, says something in Hungarian and proceeds to hang up the phone which I find extremely rude; instead of attempting to say “no English” or something along those lines. If your staff don’t speak English or if you can’t offer services in English, don’t publish a website in English. At least your (potential) customers will know what to expect. Slamming the phone down doesn’t help your cause either.
